my room was spacious. i particularly appreciated the breakfast with its huge variety and amazing taste. the rose jam was a highlight. the women-only facilities were excellent, providing great comfort. the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
i noticed the carpets could use a bit more cleaning.

The staff was kind and helpful. The front desk team provided really good service (I really appreciated their attentiveness). The breakfast offered good variety. I was also very grateful for the convenient location near public transportation.
The air conditioning in my room was not working properly. I contacted the reception, and it took a while for someone to address the issue. I had to wait longer than expected for a resolution to the problem.

The hotel was super clean upon arrival. Our bags were immediately taken to the room, a really nice touch. The rooms were spacious. The bathrooms, too. Breakfast had many options, and it changed daily, so it was fresh. I found the supermarket opposite the hotel very useful (for snacks!).
The male staff at reception could improve their welcome process. I have experienced better service elsewhere.

The gym features treadmills and stationary bikes for guest use, and there is also a pool. I found the separate facilities for women very convenient (a pool and sauna). The hotel also offers hammam and massage services.

The staff was kind and helpful. They greet guests with a smile, irrespective of any language barrier. The cleaning staff performs an excellent job maintaining the premises. Burak at reception was very kind and helpful (charmed by the attentiveness!).

The carpets reeked of a foul odor. It reminded me of molded cheeses. This part was disgusting.

the location was very good. it allowed for easy access to public transport (i used the train station a lot). nearby shopping malls and restaurants were super convenient for me.
the spa said they had massage options. i enquired two days to book one but the lady said she didn't have anyone. she was looking for hiring someone. also alcohol is completely banned in the hotel (which was disappointing for a 5-star hotel).
